This building is art, it says so up near the top there.  I think it is indeed an Art-ful building.  Seen in Gary, Indiana.

A summer landscape, seen in California.

I used to shoot a ton of Kodak’s infrared film. It was super fussy…you had to load it in complete darkness and avoid heat.  Use a red filter.  Develop it in HC-110 or the like.  I think…it’s been awhile and I haven’t been in a darkroom in quite some time.  Funny, considering I used to be a professional fiber printer.

Now this film is hard to come by…it’s a collector’s item. We’re talking eBay skyrocket prices.  I probably won’t  get to shoot it again, but I did have fun with it many years ago.

Here’s some oak trees in Northern California.

It’s hot out and that means being super patient, ignoring that yummy hamburger smell and waiting to get back in the truck and go to the doggy park to play.

Horseshoes as windchimes?  Seen in an old garage.

I’m hoping that Hurricane Earl didn’t ruin this beach on Anegada.  I have fond memories and hope to visit again soon.

Nice sunrise over a village in Northern California.  The colors are interesting.  Since this is film, I know that it is the real deal.  I haven’t tweaked the colors.  It’s mostly the effects of the mist coming off the ocean and flare on my lens.
