Woohee, look at our massive parsnip harvest!  Can you believe we pulled these out just a few weeks ago?  They hunkered down in our veggie bed all winter long.  Then we made some righteous roasted parsnip fries. P.S.  Don’t eat the parsnip leaves, apparently they are poisonous.  Just the roots.  YUM.

Glorious red hot chili peppers!  We are still reaping the rewards of our fall harvest from our front yard garden.  I set aside a few anaheims to see if they would dry.  A few of them got moldy, but these were a success.  Just love looking at them…hope you do too!

Redemption Rye Manhattan

Our beverage of choice:  a Manhattan made with either Redemption Rye or Bulleit (which I think is like if scotch and bourbon had a baby, it’d be Bulleit), Dolin Vermouth, angostura bitters and Luxardo Cherries.  Alina made these for everyone at the Chutney Party.
