Eggs Sardo at Haven Cafe in Lenox.
I remember this breakfast well because it was an interesting combination of ingredients and especially yummy on a cold morning. Eggs “Sardo” from Haven Cafe in Lenox. Two poached eggs on sauteed artichoke hearts & spinach with dill hollandaise.
On a side note, I haven’t been photographing my food of late because so many people are hauling out their iPhones in restaurants, it’s a tad embarrassing. After years of documenting my food, I guess it’s time to find a new subject!

Well, now I feel bad that I still photograph my food. But if I made it myself does it seem different? Looks yummy. Hope we can share a meal together soon.

Do not stop. Just don’t.
I love waiting around while my food gets cold so you can take photos of it. It’s part of my life experience. DO not take that away from me!

I had no idea this was such a cherished and integral part of your existence. I will continue to photograph food, but only yours. Vive lukewarm food!
