Flannel corned beef hash at The Orange Table in Scottsdale.  This place is in a mall and while I normally avoid such a setting, the Yelpers and the Chowhounders and the Urbanspooners all raved about the hash.  And the jalapeno pancakes.  They were very very right.  I think I licked the plate clean!
