My good friend and fellow photographer Alina (of La Dolce Vita Photography) could not have imagined why I was so insistent on going to Beijing Noodle No 9 at Caesars Palace, but it all became so very clear to her once we arrived.  From the goldfish to the cool architecture to the stylized eating accessories, this restaurant is a unique experience. 

We so did not want to leave our little cocoon of dim sum happiness!
