Brooklyn Botanic Garden wedding in New York
Merci New York is featuring our images of Emma and Kareem’s wedding at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
The wedding was casually sophisticated, including a delicate cake by Brooklyn artisan One Girl Cookies, with lush romantic florals by another Brooklyn artist, Denise Fasanello. Emma got ready at The Mercer Hotel while Kareem donned his Dior suit and went for a beard trim. The reception was inside the incredible candlelit Palm House and culminated in the exuberance of a Zaffa, an Egyptian dancing processional, complete with a band and a belly dancer. I truly feel that Kareem could enter dancing contests and win. The toasts told me much about how much Emma and Kareem are valued by their friends and family, but what really spoke volumes was that instead of favors, they donated to The Hunger Project.
Please…enjoy how special these two are…congrats to Emma and Kareem!

Well, your florals made me so happy. Total joy to photograph them…the aisle arrangements were stunning sculptures and the centerpieces inside the Palm House were pure elegance!
